As the founder of Hollingsworth Barn Conversions, I bring together professional project management experience, practical building knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Having built my career within one of the UK’s largest corporate organisations, I developed the skills needed to manage complex projects, maintain clear communication, and ensure every detail is carefully planned and executed. Alongside this, my background in landscaping and general building has given me a strong understanding of the practical side of construction.
I believe the key to a successful project is communication. Too often, building projects become stressful because clients are left without updates or clear direction. That’s why I make it a priority to keep clients informed every step of the way, ensuring there are no surprises and that your vision remains at the centre of everything we do.

Steve Hollingsworth
Hi, I’m Steve Hollingsworth.
As Lead Builder and Site Manager at Hollingsworth Barn Conversions, I oversee our projects on site, ensuring every aspect of the build is completed to the high standards that our clients expect.
My journey in construction began at the age of 16 as a carpentry apprentice. Nearly 40 years later, I have built a wealth of experience across all areas of the building trade, giving me a thorough understanding of every stage of a project from start to finish.
Working closely with Justin, I help ensure that every project runs smoothly and that clients feel informed and involved throughout the process. We believe that clear communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail are essential to delivering outstanding results.
I take great pride in maintaining the standards that Hollingsworth Barn Conversions is known for. Whether it’s managing trades on site, solving challenges as they arise, or ensuring the finest finishing touches are in place, my focus is always on delivering a project that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
